Foundation Bible Series is a revolutionary way for women's groups to study the Bible together! It is designed
with three different approaches to studying a single book of the Bible chapter by chapter. We are excited to
introduce Genesis to you this fall!
A New Approach
Foundation Bible Series is designed with women and women's groups in mind who want to be in the Word
directly...but have the Word accessible to all women no matter where they are in their Christian walk. To
do this, we divided each daily study into three different approaches. You have the freedom daily to choose
your level of involvement and type of study! There are three ways, we have found in talking to various women,
that are helpful in studying the Bible.
The First Approach
The first approach is a more guided and traditional Bible study format. It takes the chapter of study and offers
blanks to fill in and a guided area of study. This works great for those ladies in your group who are new
to Bible study or when a particular chapter is difficult to study.
The Second Approach
The second approach simply offers thought-provoking questions centered around the daily theme and journal
pages to chronicle thoughts and lessons learned. This works well for those ladies who are only interested
in reading the chapter of study and working through it on their own with God. It also works well for those
ladies who are don't have time or interest in a guided study time.
The Third Approach
The third approach is more inductive study. It will dive deep into the chapter and theme of study for that
day, drawing on the original languages and commentaries. This section takes a little more time, but is
wonderful for those ladies who enjoy deeper study.
What brings this entire series together is the discussion times. During the week, each lady is studying
the Bible chapter by chapter on their own...in their own way. But, when you meet together as a group to
discuss, we offer application topics that are applicable to every women. Your times together are not a
time to review your homework (since every woman has studied in a different way), but is a time to apply
the daily themes to your lives.
This part is designed as mentorship completely centered around the Word of God. We believe that women of
all maturities in Christ and the Bible need to be together in a group to spontaneously encourage
mentorship. That is the heart of the discussion group time.

Do you need a short topical study for your women's group? Our short Bible studies are adapted from
Frances' speaking engagements and available for your group. These work very well for those times where you
need a shorter study to finish out your Bible study year, to begin a new women's group, as a short series
leading up to a retreat or as a retreat itself!
